ot::MeshCoP::Timestamp::operator>() const method

Compares two timestamps. Either one or both @p aFirst or @p aSecond can be invalid. A valid timestamp is considered greater than an invalid one. If both are invalid, they are considered as equal.

Writes the Timestamp TLV (Active or Pending). If the TLV already exists, it will be replaced. Otherwise, the TLV will be appended.

Reads the Timestamp TLV (Active or Pending).

Reads the Active Timestamp in the Pending Operational Dataset.
